Welcome to the Seneca Lake Scenic Byway!
Travel along the Seneca Lake Scenic Byway for a taste of the Finger Lakes. You’ll find recognized wineries, distilleries, craft breweries and cideries. Stop by a roadside foodtruck, cafe or celebrated restaurant, or shop for the freshest produce roadside as you tour. Any way you come--by car, by boat, by motorcycle or bike--you’ll find plenty of reasons to stop and savor the seasons along the Byway.
Prefer a different mode of travel? Put on your hiking boots and explore the 30 miles of trails in the Finger Lakes National Forest (FLNF), launch your kayak in the deep waters of Seneca Lake, or pack a picnic to enjoy on the shore of Lodi Point State Park. In winter, cross-country skiers and snowmobilers take over the FLNF, enjoying the quiet beauty of the 16,000+ acres of the forest along with striking vistas of Seneca Lake, the deepest of the Finger Lakes at 618 feet.
The Seneca Lake Scenic Byway is a road with many stories to tell. Experience it through the places you explore, the foods and flavors of the Finger Lakes, the history you learn, and the memories you bring home!
